I am the OP and I guess I left some critical info out (?)
The TT is a 2018 Forest River FSX 175 FB 3144 dry. The TV is a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder LE 4x4 with just over 80k miles, zero rust and in great shape. We drove it to the south tip of Baja MX last year! I have a Curt Tru Trunnion 17500 WDH w/sway good for 10k trailer and 1k tongue weight.
What I attempted to communicate is that I had the hitch "setup" a second time after it was almost fully loaded and afterward it was perfectly level. After adding some additional kitchen "stuff" it still ran level...at first. I JUST weighed everything that was added after the 2nd setup and it is 145# and almost exactly, over the tt single axle.
There is nothing additional in the TV except the wife and I. (the gas tank was full when setup) We only have been going nearby for 2-3 days at a time so no unusual packing above what was in there originally.
The TT used to sit level and with everything virtually the same, it now sags quite a bit in the back. Y'all are the experts but wouldn't it appear as if the 17-year-old springs are old and sagging?

Don't know what FSX stands for but the only FR product 175FB I could find, is a Salem/Wildwood model.
