WDH adjustments on trucks with higher 'rear-ends'

I have noticed that many trucks have a raised back-end. My Ram is 3" higher at the back wheel well than the front wheel well; my question is this:
Do you still adjust the WDH the same as on trucks that are level front and back? Maintaining a change of no more than 1- 1/2 inches difference between front and back measurements, or is a little more 'settling' acceptable in the back of trucks with higher rear-ends?

My f250 is about 2.5" higher in back. Ford specifically says that wd bars should be adjusted to eliminate 50% of front end rise.

So it may be diff depending on manufacturer.....

Go by the owners manual of tv. My chevy is 3" higher in rear. My owners manual says to adjust the wd so the front wheel well is the same loaded as unloaded.

I had a leveling system on my 1500 Z71 which raised the front level to the back, made for a very nice look. I'd like to do the same on my 2500HD but the WDH is set up so perfectly I don't want to alter anything. Either way, I would think keeping the front wheel wells the same height with or without the trailer is key.

My rear height is 3 " higher than front. When I attach the 5er, the rear squats about 2" . This is with Timbrens. I know, the thread is about WDH but I thought I would share my experience.

My truck drops 1 1/4" when I add the trailer to it, adding the WD bars it raises it a 1/4" so it only drops 1" from the original height. My front end height never changes. The rake will always be there unless you add more weight or level the front end but that depends on the truck. I say don't worry about it &

It doesn't have a lot to do with the rim/tire combo since both are the same F/R. The independant front suspension is what drops our trucks so much more in the front. The 20" rim over 17"s only add about 1" overall height to the truck (31" overall on 17's. 33" overall on 20's).
I was going to order the 2" leveling block kit, but I like how level it rides loaded so I will just leave it for now
