When I bought my TT I had a Regular Cab F150 4x4 and the dealer set up the hitch and It pulled great. Now I have Traded Trucks to a 17 SuperCab F150.
We dont have any scales anywhere near where I live so I used the Measurement method. The truck ball is 2inches taller than the level trailer.

I googled the instructions for the Fastway E2, and here's am excerpt:
Quote:
With the trailer parallel to the ground, measure from the ground to the inside top of the trailer coupler. See Figure 1.
Trailer Coupler Height: _______
The hitch ball should initially be placed as close to this height as possible.

I recommend you lower the ball 2" or so and start over. On my hitch, the mounting holes are on 1 3/4" centers, so I would lower it one hole.
