WDH for Roo 19

Just purrchased a 2012 Roo 19. I will not be picking it up until spring, but wanted to line up the proper hitch.

GVW is 4639
Tongue Weight is listed as 239 lbs

Tow Vehicle is 2003 Trailblazer EXT V8

I am looking at the Equalizer and E2 6000/600lb size. I would prefer the E2 cost-wise and have heard good things about it, however on their website in the owners manual it says that you need a minimum tongue weight of 400lbs to use the E2 hitch (not sure if Equilizer has minimum).

My question is wether or not my 239lb listed tongue weight would be appropriate for this hitch. I'm thinking this may not include propane, battery weight etc...

Does anyone know the actual tongue weight of a Roo 19 once loaded?
Anyone currently using a E2 with a Roo/Shamrock 19 with any opinoins?

Thanks for any opinions and help.

I'll let the Roo 19 owners give their actual weights but I can tell you that the tongue on this trailer will definitely be 400lbs or more.

Also, I would steer anyone with a trailer your size to the Equal-i-zer 4-point over the E2. The price difference through RV Wholesalers is not that much and the Equal-i-zer is a better hitch.

your actual tongue weight will be way more than that fictional dry number.
you're correct in that it doesn't include the things you mentioned. that number is for a stripped-down, no-options trailer.
go with the 600/6000lbs., it'll work fine.
you'll definitely need a WDH and the Equalizer is the best one for the price, in my humble opinion.
be sure to check RVW's price, comes with free shipping.
