WDH Pro Series 49903 Issue

I have a Pro Series WDH for my 2018 267RBSS Surveyor. Bought it new about a year and a half ago. Last weekend I went to hitch up and there was not pressure on one of the spring bars. Thought I was going crazy but bumper hitched it home. When I took the hitch apart, the pin that holds the washers had no washers on it and was about a half inch from being snugged up. So obviously the head angle was totally out of adjustment. Has this happened to anyone? This is my first hardside and WDL so it is still relatively new to me. Did vibration make the setting bolt "walk out" so the pin and washers were no longer snug or is it more likely it was never set up right at the dealership. This has been a big lesson for me about checking things our more closely in any case.
