Looks like you've already chosen the TV and camper. What are you looking for suggestions on?

His subtitle (post title) says "Need new tires for tow vehicle."

I was confused myself. The mobile app doesn't show subtitle.

Took it to the body shop for new bumper and repairs to right rear and tailgate.
DW backed into it with her car, $2700 for it, was worried they would total the old Taurus.

The 15 Chev Silverado got a little higher cost damage, $3500, you can't hardly see it. Bugs me is they say it will take a week to replace bumper, repaint tailgate and right side of box. Knowing they will have a little (very little) straightening to do to the corner of the box and pull it away from the tailgate. But I can't see them taking that long, guess they want me to think they earned their pay.

I work for a body shop, if we could do repairs the same day and still charge you what it cost to fix it, believe me we would. Last thing we want is have a car at the shop longer than what is needed. For that you have the camper dealers and they shady repairs practices.

Go by and watch the process...you will have a new understanding. 2-3 days would be a miracle...not to mention if they say 3 and it takes longer one might be chapped.

The four seasons are almost winter, winter, still winter, and construction.

Homer’s profile does not indicate but in the Pacific Northwest we are very familiar with the Construction Season, only in reality anymore it is Spring, Winter, Construction... With road repairs being what they are, forget a fourth!

Here in SE Michigan, there are only 2 seasons, winter and construction. Of late, there seems to be very little time between the two, 65 degrees one day and snowing the next.

I re-read my post... nah, luckily we still get three only sometime they run together. The thing is, as you point out they often run together with little break between.

I got my truck back from the shop and got a chance to install the tow mirrors from 1A Auto, Raptor lights from F150LEDs, and the rear camera for my Thinkware F800. I guess I’m done pimping my ride for a while.

Tranny Temp gauge

Yesterday my son and I installed a white GlowShift temp gauge on my 1998 Ford E-150 van. Took it to a campground about 1 hr away with our Cruise-Lite 241QBXL and the highest reading was 170 degrees with outside temperatures around 80 degrees. I am satisfied that the temperature was in a good range.

It is simple but I bought a roll of masking tape to tape the campground tags to the top of the windshield so they are not hanging in my view.

I had 1/4 tank left and filled up for $96. (3.59/gal)

Did my annual oil change with 10 quarts of M1 TDT and a M1 filter. Greased the 2 easy fittings and the 2 pita fittings.

Picked mine up from the Auto Body shop after I did this!

Freak snow storm.
Ice under snow.
12% grade driveway.
9000 lb Ram 3500.
Brick lamp post at bottom of driveway.

Nobody stood a chance.

Made it to within 2’ of open garage door. Lost traction. Hit the brakes and turned it into a truck on skates.

It was like it was happening in slow motion till the BANG.

Snow disappeared the next day.

$10,000 damage to my truck. $1100 damage to my brick pillar and light.

Oh man. I hate seeing damage like that. Hey atleast you didn't go off the edge and roll it. Now that would be a story. Could of been alot worst I'm sure you realize.
