The 850 has a CD player.
Do you still lose steering wheel controls with after market radios?

I really like it. Just connect phone to usb cable and activate android auto. Unit can read your texts to you and you respond verbally. Navi is easy and Pandora streams easily.

Ugg... hate ice. My mom is not too far from you in Mountain Home. Guess I better give her a call.

Installed the fifth wheel

Actually happened a week ago. Signing paperwork early next month. I don’t think we’ll be pulling it home, there’s 2 feet of snow where we park our campers. Wah! 😢

That explains the 6 sand bags in the back. It could be worse. We’re down 60” from our avg in Northern Michigan.

I'm close-ish to you.
It does seem like our snowfalls are less. But the amount (prior to yesterday's melt) on the ground seems *quite* high.

I think we're probably running close to average snowfall for this season. However, we were way behind until February. Then we caught up and the cold made it stay.

I would say this is the first year in a LONG time where snow stayed on the ground for most of he season. Past few years, get some snow, then it would warm up and rain, melt the snow then turn into a sheet of ice. There is a low spot between our house and barn and that gets treacherous when that happens. I was going through old photos the other day and found the last time we had snow like we did this year, around this time of year, was 2011.

I upgraded my 2016 F150 Lariat with Morimoto XB LED headlights and fog lights. What a difference! It’s a long story, but I have a second set of the headlights if anyone in Tidewater VA would like a great deal.

What did you do to your tow vehicle today?

Yesterday I had a chance to install a cold air intake on my Chevy 2500 gasser. Immediately saw an increase in gas mileage around town... and a nice purr when you get into the gas. Definitely worth it... especially if you have a little helper thanks loves to work on Daddy’s truck!

I've seen this discussion before. From my perspective a cold air intake improves air flow. It also improves power in the upper RPM range, which is where which we tend to utilize while towing. I put one in our Durango.
Not everybody agrees, but se la ve

True. According to many dyno runs, the stock F150 CAI for the 3.5EB has the best performance, replacing it is actually counterproductive. Just make sure that whatever is installed has a good filter and not something that can let fine dust in. Destroyed a turbo wheel using a K N once on my old 99 7.3 Powerstroke, and what a PITA to get that turbo off to replace the wheel. Used an AEM after that, which made a huge difference.
