Wiring Question??

So I bought a new truck for a stealin deal. My old truck was setup with the b&w turnover ball so I bought the companion hitch to pull my 5th wheel and ran the wire over the tailgate. The wiring on my new to me truck is questionable at the rear hitch. I was able to however figure out here I do have power with a new 7 pin plug that I will mount in the spare tire lock hole to keep it safe. Is there anyway to plug and play a plug in to mount in the box by the wheel well?? I am very good at wiring and fabricating I just can't find the male and female oem plugs..

It would help greatly if you told us the make and model of your truck. The connectors at the 7-way, are most likely USCAR connectors, but they could be different depending on the make and model truck.
