Wolf Pack alignment issues

Well, after wearing out the rear tires I looked into the alignment and the rear axle is out 1/8-1/4" making the trailer dog track to the right. I"m going to replace all the spring bushings and take another measurement. What bushings would you recommend? After that I have to figure out how to adjust that axle back. Its just the one so maybe I can bend the hanger or slot the hole? Any ideas or past experience would be great. Thanks!

What ever you do think twice before you do it. Hate to see someone do more damage then good.

True, for the amount of miles we travel I think six years out of tires is good even if they aren't worn out. Some of the wear might be from sway.
