Mine is under the steps going up to the bathroom/bedroom, and is accessible from the basement storage. Like Tn said, plug the camper up, then connect the hose. The unit should turn on.

Good luck.

That is great advice thanks, why didn't think of it. So nothing happens when I plug hose in an I have coach plug to shore. Pretty sure I do not have the unit. I think someone forgot something on my charleston. Not in any bay

Geez
So hose plugin is foot of bed so I figure I'd look at hose plug an see where it goes, so lifted bed remove board at foot an there it was. Unit an it was not plugged in,that's why I could not hear it. Unit is also under that board, however it is accessible from outside of bed frame left front corner. Looks like a small cupboard door that pulls off. Don't know how I could miss. I was so sure it was in a lower bay. It's really a nice unit an powerful
Happy Campers again

Be glad you found them before you presumedly used it. We used ours several times before I decided to check the bag. I opened the box and found an unopened bag of new filters, but no one had installed one in the unit before we used it. It was a brand new Silverback.
