washer and dryer only work with the generator

Another problem with my 2015 Charleston 430FK

I am connected to the 50 Amps and i have power every where in the coach except for the washer and dryer they are not working. There is no power in both outlets. Those washer and dryer are located in a slide out. I check the main brakers inside the coach and they are at ON. If I start the generator I have power and washer and dryer are working. What can be the problem.

May be the transfer relay contacts. Check the power control system central monitor panel to see if your showing both legs of AC coming in. And if your showing any amps.
