Winterizing Residential Refrigerator

Hello
I am trying to winterize my 2014 Charleston 430BH. Everything is pretty straightforward except for the residential refrigerator. I would appreciate some guidance on draining the lines to ice maker. I have read elsewhere to disconnect the lines at the solenoid valve. Unfortunately the valve does not appear accessible. Is compressed air the best bet? I am trying to avoid the pink antifreeze in the ice maker. Thanks for your help.
