4 Laning US #24 in OH & IN
Down to Indy this past weekend & more of the 4 laned section of US24 is open. You now use it from the US 24/US 6 split (just east of Napoleon OH) to Woodburn IN. Traffic turns north & uses the 2 lane US 24 to I-469 @ New Haven.
The unopened portion west of Woodburn has been paved, but a culvert can be seen under construction south of the existing highway. East of Napoleon the new route has been graded. An overpass is under construction between Waterville (where the new route goes north around the town) & I-475.
This now means 48 of the 82 miles between I-475 & I-469 are now 4 laned.
