Canton, TX. Mill Creek Ranch RV Resort

We made it to Mill Creek Ranch RV Resort and got set up just before the rain came through. Enjoyed a relaxing dinner at the Grand Lodge. The rain has passed through and we are ready for a fun day at the Trade Days with family.

The address is 2102 N. Trade Days Blvd, Canton, TX. Their phone number is 903 -567-7275. This is on Hwy 19 just south of interstate 20. This is a very nice place with free shuttle service, nightly activities, food and great hosts. The website is www.millcreekranchresort.com

Are you up there for 1st Monday? That's quite a deal. We were up there in 2010 and back in 2005. We used to live in Grand Saline and went to 1st Monday all the time.

Those RV spots are a bit on the high side, especially for Trade Days days. But if the place looks as good as it does in the pictures, it is probably worth it.

Yes, we usually come once or twice a year typically in the summer. This is the first time for us to be here during the winter months and it is really nice. Crowds have been smaller and the vendors have had really good specials/discounts. Mill Creek charges $50 per night (not including 10% discount for Good SAMs) during First Mondays. They also have cottages to rent if you don't have an RV - I don't know pricing for them.

Yes, this is a very nice campground. Excellent staff, very clean facilities with lots of activities. Lots of pull thru sites and some of the back in sites have great views of the lake. I don't think you will be disappointed.
