I'm Home!

Five and a half weeks, 15 States, and 11 National Parks. We are now home and all most ready to leave again. We did have a couple of problems, flat tire in Death Valley, metal flashing under the slide out was lost in high winds in CA., and a wheel bearing in Montana, all were fixed qucikly and we were on the road.
Two things I have noticed 1) It's hard to drive at 65 when the speed limit is only 60. 2) The wind always blows perpendicular to the hi-way. Tempture for the trip, 123F in Death Valley and 33F in Yosemite andits only two days apart.
More to come when I get the photos back.

Glad to hear you had a good trip. Wished we could have caught up with you while you were in our area but we had gone to the other side of the mountains to camp ourselves. Maybe next time...

Glad you had a good trip. We just got home too but we had a little bigger problem when our truck's differential blew out. I thought it was seals but they said the rear pinion bearing broke and it just chewed up the diff. Not so bad though as the orig. powertrain warr. was still in effect. It meant a 3 day layover in the Montpelier area but it was a pretty good time as G.M. was paying for the repairs and car rental. Let me tell you there are some really fine people in Vermont. Anyway all's well that ends well. Have a good next trip out. Old Guys
