If you are just wanting to look up places that you may want to camp at I suggest using the following web site.

Campground Reviews - Trusted Reviews of Campgrounds & RV Parks

This web site has all the states listed. You might find something interesting in it.
Good luck and have fun where ever you go.

google maps on your computer or your phone is the easiest place to start - just open, zoom into the state or area or town you wish, and type 'campground' in the search box... you'll see all types of options, parks, campgrounds, and can easily click on any that look interesting..... camping in ND is just like camping anywhere else.

Red Trail campground Medora, near TR National Park. Nice when it was empty but I'm sure it gets cramped when full.

Jamestown Campground in . . . Jamestown. Very nice Good Sam park. Be sure to specify dog or not dog, the campground is divided up that way. Ask for a space further away from the highway if available. Most are pull-thru.

There are some COE campgrounds up north of Valley City if you are going that way or want a COE park which are always nice.

Other than that, use campgroundreviews dot com for places and reviews. (Formerly rvparkreviews) Also in the RV Life app and linked to RV Trip Wizard which is a $40ish subscription online trip planning service.
