Could anyone tell me what the vehicle weights, towing capacity, tire sizes and ratings are for this class C ? I'm looking at a used one on CL and it probably will need tires first thing. It's a 30' Ford E450 V10 Automatic.

Depends somewhat on the model year but a 2012 weighted empty about 11200lbs against a max gross rating of 14500lbs. That would give a NCC of 3300lbs. Towing rating was 5000lbs.
Here is the 2004 brochure. Should be pretty darn close.
