2017 FR MBS Forester Dual Recliner

I just purchased a new to me 2017 2401 R Forester MBS. One of the things that didn't get explained to me is the operation of the dual recliner. I know how to get the foot rests out, but was wondering if the backs reclined and does this convert into a bed. I looked all over this thing and it seems to have a lot of mechanical parts, but I can't figure it out! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am in the same boat. We have dual recliners and the parts underneath looks like a bed. Have you found anything yet?

I may not have the same recliners in my Prism, but try pushing on the foot rests and leaning back. No, they do not make into a bed on mine but I have slept on them with both reclined and the foot rests up.

I have a 2019 2400WS with the dual recliners. Mine is a jack knife sofa. Just grab the back lower cushion and pull and it should slide toward you into a flat position creating a bed.
