2019 Forester Slide

Hi all, I have a question about my main slide on a 2019 Forester 2861DS. According to Lippet it has a Venture above floor dual rail slide. Does anyone one know of a manual or video with the gear replacement on the slide? Apparently it was poor prep when I bought it and the slide was never lubed (so I'm told). The bed slide was never lubed either but that has been done and no issues with that. I am having problems finding anyone to fix it. One said he would order the part and that was 2 months ago. I got the parts after talking to Lippert on Amazon in 3 days. Any help would be appreciated.
