2251/2250 owners with the Chev chassis.

What have you done to improve handling? Overall I feel our 2251 handles decent but am curious what 2251/2250 owners have done to improve the ride. Thanks.

Initially, ours was bouncy, and on back country roads that pitched side to side, it was a chore to keep up with. This is one issue with GM trucks in the last several years. They seem to find the cheapest shocks they can find for OEM.

My 2012 Canyon was the same - it sorely needed shocks not long off the dealers lot. It wasn't long before I put a nice set of KYB shocks on all 4 corners. Much better!

I put Bilsteins on our Chevy based Sunseeker about a year after purchasing it. They made all the difference in the world. Other than that, it's been a pleasure to drive, considering I had to drive than horrible ford for 5 years before that...
