3010 Bedroom slide motor broken

Just found that the rear motor of the bedroom slide wires a re broken.

How can i replace the motor if I cannot move the slide out to remove the set screw. I looked online, but could find an answer. Also which motor is it? the 300:1 or 500:1?

What kind of slide is it? And what year is your 3010.

its the rear bedroom slide for the 3010
The year is 2011

Unless yours is different than mine (2017), you can move the slide in and out manually. See these two videos.
If your motor has a black cap, it is 300:1 or if not, then, it is 500:1 but double check you might have older version.
