Question 3010 DS Question

I'm using the Sunseeker LE fourm for info, & advise.
Question is - I am the new of a 2013, 310DS.
Is the LE model & the 3010DS models close enough to be relevant
as a information source.
Great Fourm By The Way.
I'm learning a lot.
Thanks

I'm a recovering newbie myself and have the 2860DS. I've found two rules about similar campers/campers in general.

In general, a LOT of the issues will overlap. Even between TT (travel trailers), 5ers (5th wheels) and A's and C's. So I pretty much read it all and then see if it applies to class Cs.

Within Class Cs - and even within one 3010 to the next, YOUR camper may vary. Seriously. I've heard enough stories that even from your camper to the very next one on the line, some lines may be run differently, some plumbing, etc. Usually it's not a drastic change, but I'm finding that campers are like children - each one is unique.

All 3010DS are just that. They may vary but the LE has nothing to do with it on that model. I post all my questions here and i have the same model.

What MikeRP said. a 3010 DS is a 3010 is a 3010 LE.
LE was an OLD corporate designation. Sunseeker LE. We have dropped the LE for the most part...but it lives on for some reason.

The only model today that carries the LE is the 2250.

3010 is the model...also known as 3010DS (which is Double Slide), you may also see 3010DSF which is Double Slide Ford.

Either way...its the number part that is the only part that is important. There is no 3010SS or 3010S. The rest of it is just wasted text.

So 3010 is the part you care about...or 2860, or 3050, etc, etc.

Thank you bclemans. DSF had been driving me nuts trying to figure. I just took position of a 3170DSF 2014 sitting on a Ford 2013 chassis. Now that messed with the minds at the DMV getting the title worked out. Ford, did not think of that. What is the designation for a Chevy?

See that one is really complicated...it's a C.

However, we do not build a 3010 on a Chevy. But we can do a 2860. So that would be a 2860DSC (Double slide Chevy). Again...as long as it says 2860...it doesn't matter if the dealer lists its as a 2860 LE, 2860, DS, 2860. They're all the same.
