3010ds CABINET DOORS

Has anyone found a fix for getting the cabinet doors above the sofa and dinette to open more then about 45 degree. As you all know they have those little spring actuators on them to hold them open and close. i have not played with moving them up a bit yet. But before i try that or buy new ones i wanted to see if any of you have fixed yours. For the life of me i can not figure out why they to do open more like 80 degrees.

i cant not stand up and put stuff in or take stuff out with twisting my body / arms to get around the doors blocking my view and access.

I don't think moving them up will improve them opening more unless when closed there is still stroke left on the cylinder. Typically the spring actuator will have about a 1/2" of stroke left but this is to allow the pivot of the hinge - the actuator moves from pushing inward to outward.
The configuration and installation of powered actuators can be a little tricky. It could be that FR picked the wrong sized actuators or it could be as you stated that they were mounted to far down.
Mine opens about 80 degrees - not too bad for my use.

i am dropping it off today so they can fix all my "Due Bill" stuff and those tire / wheel bands to help in a tire blow out.

Guess i will add this to the list before i screw with it.
