3010DS rear Bedroom vent roof COVER replacement

I have a 2013 Forest River Sunseeker 3010DS. I need to replace the rear Bedroom vent roof cover which I stepped on and cracked when removing he RV winter cover/tarp. I can't remember off hand if it is the motorized CREATE-A-BREEZE vent like in the bathroom and front door entry way or if it is just a dome like thing to let light in. Does anyone here know what I need to order to replace the plastic dome cover above rear bedroom? I wonder if this is what I need? This looks like an entire assembly and not just the plastic cover.

Selling my 2013 Sunseeker 3010DS

Selling my 2013 Sunseeker 3010DS and trying to figure out what it's worth and what I should list it for. Purchased new from dealers lot in 2014. Premium White and Maroon Color exterior package. 8700 miles. just replace this year: under the hood battery $125, both compartment batteries $150, had dinette bottom cushions reupholstered $400, replace couch with RecPro Dual Recliners $895. It will come with the RV portable satellite dish (only used once) $500. Everything in good working order except Onan Generator, let it sit too long and now won't start, plan to pay buyer a cash amount for Onan Tuneup at closing, maybe $300.

So what's a fair price to ask for one in this condition?

Appreciate the advice
Larry

I would start around $55,000 and go down from there. Some dealers have them listed for $49,000 but more miles. Here is the base price from NADA

I just purchased a used, but mint condition 2013 3010 DS. Upgrades included 4 tv's, upgraded stereo system (XM Sat), wheel and RV covers, Stabilizer bar, and more. Purchased from a Retired Air Force Master Sergeant who was a vehicle and aircraft mechanic and had kept the rig in absolutely near-new condition.
23,500 miles, new tires all around, and a 2-wheel car trailer.
He originally asked for $60,000, then dropped to $56,000, and when my wife and I got involved, we ended up settling at $52,000 cash.

The NADA range for the rig we bought with the upgrades and accessories was listed at $61,870 for the LOW, and $ 74,555 for the HIGH.

We had the additional fortune of being Active Duty Military. (My wife is a Colonel in the Air Force) and stationed in Oklahoma at the moment. Oklahoma does not assess sales tax for military purchasers of vehicles if the rig will be titled and registered out of the State. Additionally, as Florida residents, we are exempt from paying Florida Vehicle Sales Tax as military, because we are currently stationed out of Florida and agree to not bring the newly registered vehicle into the State for six months. That ended up saving us over $3500 in taxes! Woohoo!

Good luck with your sale. We love the new rig!

how did this go from fixing a roof vent to selling your unit or people telling us they bought a new one for a good deal..

I too need to replace all 4 of my vent covers my only saving grace is i have the max air covers also installed so i'm not to worried about the rain getting in.

but you can find them on amazon and there is a really good video to watch on you tube that will help you.

I just bought a 2014 3010DS private party in mint condition full paint Ford V10. Paid $42K. They were originally asking $55k then lowered it to $49K. They did not like my offer of $42,000 but took it.

We replaced ours with polycarbonate instead of the standard.

Had hail go thru one and the polycarbonate is holding up much better.
