3011ds ari conditioner

On the 2018 , 3011ds, it has many round vents in the ceiling; however no air is coming out of them.

The cool air is coming out of the rectangular, air conditioner ceiling grate.

I’m thinking that the hoses or ducts are not connected to the air conditioning unit.

Does anyone have any ideas?

It’s 98* here, and the dinette area is the only cool area. Fortunately it converts to a bed.

Thank You;

Brian French

On my 2801 if you slide the big vent closed it forces the air thru the small ducts.

My 2012 Solera would act that way if I opened the “dump valve” on the AC unit. The “dump valve” is a flap which directs the cool air either out the bottom of the AC unit or through the ceiling vents.
Of note, having the “dump valve” open gets the most cold air into our RV. Routing through the (only marginally insulated) ceiling ducts both heats the air some before it enters and presents resistance to the air flow, reducing the flow rate. Dump valve open and a small fan to circulate the air from the dump valve results in more net cooling in my experience.
Again, these comments are based on my experience with our 2012 Solera - and may not apply to your unit.

Okay-thank you.

We had an Atwood air conditioner, and it failed. The replacement unit does not have any obvious name plate.

When we move the damper, the air stopped coming out.

Back to the service for repair.

Thank You;

You can also run your front dash ac a while to help cool the unit down.
