3051 Electric brake controller location?

Anyone know if there is one or where it is located? I did a search on google which lead me to believe it was behind the change holder. My husband looked and it didn't look like it would come out without cracking or removing the woodgrain dash. Seemed like a crazy place to put it so I thought I would ask here.

We took a week long trip in our new 3051 and had a great time no problems we love it.

The factory brake controller which is a option not supplied by FR replaces the coin pocket. The factory wiring harness which can be used for a aftermarket controller with a adapter is in the area behind the coin pocket. The entire wood grain panel with the coin pocket attached will easily pull off with no tools. Removing the coin pocket from the wooodgrain panel is a tad more difficult. You have to use a plastic tool to pop the latches loose.

Thank you very much for the info, we were going to take it to an RV place and get them to install. However after calling 2 places that were 2 months behind, I guess we are going to dig into the dash. Thanks again

Not a hard job to find the connector. Barely 5 minutes to pop the dash panel and look for the connector.

Just start start at corner of dash and pull slowly but firmly and it will come right off. As stated a five minute job.
