3170DS height?

Forest River states on their website that the 3170DS (all Sunseeker models, in fact) has an exterior height of 11'3". Can someone confirm that this is the actual height and includes the A/C unit on the roof? The place I plan to park mine has a 11'5" clearance, so I don't have much room to spare.

I got to believe thats the actual height out the factory door at its highest point.

Mines listed at 12' 4" and it's exactly that.

I just bought a 2012 3170DS and depending on airbag pressure it measures between 11'2" & 11'3" exactly. We love our MH by the way.

Mine is 11' 3" and when I pull it inside for hail storms I have 2" of clearance, still makes me nervous every time!
