3270 Sunseeker question

Have seen alot of posts regarding replacement of jackknife with recliners or theater seating but haven't seen any SPECIFIC to the 3270S model (2020). Does anyone have a 3270 that has done this? If so, with what choice did you go? Thanks!!

I moved this to the Forester and Sunseeker forum. Hopefully someone here can answer your question.

Just remember, you don’t HAVE TO buy RV specific furniture.
Like, Thomas Payne. Nice, but pricey.

If you like the furniture from a real furniture store, just make sure it breaks down to fit through your RV door……fits between the walls or other furniture in the RV…..and if it’s a recliner, how far out from the wall does it HAVE TO BE.

I have a 2020 3270. The recliner / jack knife seat is fine for now. I have told the wife we are swapping to something that actually reclines some day.
I think I'll use something like this?

I would love to see what your modification when its done. Good luck!

This is a common upgrade.

Recpro, and other rv furniture makers/sellers offer a pretty good selection. Measure your space and take into account the distance a recliner must be away from the wall to recliner, they vary, so you know how far it may extend into your walkway. You'll want to preserve some space for a person to pass I assume.

Also, understand how it attaches to your floor space, if on a slideout or not. Some folks have just set them into place and claim it's just fine. I had mine installed by my dealer and attached to slide-out flooring so I can use the seat belts. BTW, because some recliner seating surfaces are taller than stock sofas you may need seat belt extenders - I did my old sofa was very low.
