A/C not working

I have a 2017 Forester with E450 engine. I hit a large bump and my cab AC stopping putting out cold air. Heat works. Any ideas to check?

Moved thread from the General Community Discussion section to the Forester and Sunseeker sub-forum since the OP is asking for model-specific information and not a general question.

Well... there are plenty of things that "could" go wrong.

Anything from when hitting the "large bump" you put a hole in a part of the A/C system and all the freon escaped to... you jarred a wire loose that controls the compressor clutch... to several other things.

You are going to need to have someone look at the system and eliminate the basics.
At this point, any suggestion is simply a guess.

In reality, your chassis A/C can be repaired by any reliable auto repair shop that can fit your unit in the shop or have a portable A/C service cart. BTW, your “engine” is a Triton V-10 6.8L 20V. Also consider that you might not have a 2017 E-450. Check the VIN. If the 9th digit is a 6 then you should tell the shop it is a 2016 Ford E-450.
