Able to buy current upholstery fabric?
Is it possible to buy some of the Spice upholstery fabric? How would I go about it? Thanks in advance.

Call dealer. They should be able to help out. How much do you need?

Thanks, I'll ask the dealer. Probably two yards.

Sometimes we have yardage that is cut for samples or end of roll stuff. If it didn't need to be one big piece I might be able to grab some.

Well, I would not be picky if it was cheap enough.
My wife the seamstress might feel otherwise. We need enough to cover a back cushion for a regular dinette. I'm trying to find a foam place to make me a wedge-shaped back so it sits more like a chair, at the expense of being able to use that cushion to make up a bed.

Yes, we struggle with that as well. We want to make it angled, but then it does not make into a flat bed. It has been a topic of conversation (at least for me) for some time now. I though maybe we could do a 4 part foam.
Back would be one layer of firm foam...but on the front, the bottom half would be firm and the tops softer. That would give the same effect. But still look flat as a bed...and maybe you could lay the front side DOWN so you would not feel the different densities that severely.

Oh, and if I had scrap I would just send it your way, no charge.

That's a pretty interesting idea you have for the foam.
Well, if you get a chance to look for a remnant of Spice upholstery, and find any, please let me know. Thanks!

Upholstery fabric
Speaking of upholstery fabric, Is it possible to order all-cloth upholstery fabric on the dinette and sofa in the 3050S Sunseeker? We are planning to place a factory order for a 3050S sometime in the not to distant future, and my wife wants all-cloth fabric. Thanks for any info

Yes. Sofa would be built out of the fabric that is on the leg of the window valance if you want a fabric sofa. If the leg is leather (we have a couple of colors that way) then pick another color that has a fabric leg.

I went to the dealer today and had them order 4 yards of the fabric. The parts guy did not inspire confidence in me. Made it sound like it will come by slow boat, from parts unknown, if and when the stars align. Whatever, my custom wedge shaped dinette back cushions are on the way. We might have to cover them with a bed sheet for now.
