We have a mid-ships Jensen and I too needed access to the back of the TV. I had to remove about 10 screws from the mounting brackets and remove the entire TV from the wall.

Both are noted in posts here. I don't have the pictures anymore handy, but search around.

Front Ent. Center needs to pull some wood screw coves, take out the trim that covers it, remove the metal bracket.

3010/3010 which has the mid-ship TV just POP up on the tv (it is in a keyhole slot) and it will go up and out.

This is all of course only applicable to Forest River Class C's (Sunseeker-Forester)

I have the same entertainment center in the 3170. ALthough I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Jensen 12 volt TV's, Forest River did not think through the access to the back of the TV in the Entertainment Center. I won't ever get this option again unless a change is made.

We run an HdMI plate to the storage area now.
