Anyone who has replaced clearance lights...questions

If you've replaced your front cap clearance lights because you couldn't get replacement lenses, which make/model did you go with? Any photos as to how they look? Is there enough extra wire behind the existing lights to hook up the new ones without tearing apart the interior headliner behind the cap?
