Awning on 2010 3100ss sunseeker

Took our MH out for first trip of 2015. Discovered that our power awning will not extend. When we push the button nothing happens: no clicks, no sound, no motion.

We are wondering if we blew a fuse but cannot find where it might be. Does anyone know where the awning fuse may be located?

Thanks,

Shirley

In the fuse panel that is almost always located on the bed.

Not familiar with your unit but typically powered awnings are fused (15AMP) directly off the battery post. That way it can always be retracted even if a battery disconnect switch is used.

We have a 2011 model 3100. The awning fuse and relay are in the Battery Control Center beside the step.

Awning on 2010 3100ss sunseeker

As a side note
I'm not sure whether you saw my lengthy thread on my awning problems (popping the 15 amp breaker) but it magically stopped popping breakers for the dealer shop
The conclusion I came to was my battery bank was low on water and of course not holding a full charge and I'm wondering now if the breaker was only popping when I was trying to move it with battery power (shore not yet supplied and or testing without shore power plugged in or plugged into the house for servicing and circuit overloaded.
Battery is serviced and awning works fine now but I don't really have a need to move the awning without shore power so no more problems

Just a random thought, had you already started the engine? We did this once, my husband had started engine and I went to put in the awning- nothing! Panic! Until we figured it out, turned off the engine and it worked! Maybe a safety feature?? But who would drive with the awning out!! We have a 2011 Sunseeker 3010
