BaseCamp leveling system - jack not staying retracted

Owner of a new FR Sunseeker LE 2150SLE (purchased on 07/23) that already has an issue with the front passenger jack assembly of the BaseCamp leveling system not staying retracted.
The dealership that I purchased it from Jeff Couch's RV Nation in Ohio is not responsive, as is FR. Reached to LCI and while they were responsive, they are not willing to honor their warranty on the replacement jack assembly if a purchase and replace the defective jack assembly. I can see LCI wanting to verify that indeed their jack assembly is defective before reimbursing me the cost of the replacement assembly but not honoring their warranty because I installed the replacement assembly I think is BS.
Here in Southern Kalifornistan, reputable RV repair shops have at least a two to three month backlog, I did not purchase my RV to sit in a repair shop's parking lot hoping for it not to have the catalytic converter stolen or the interior ransacked by tweakers.

Anyone else having similar issues with their BaseCamp leveling systems?

Sorry for the late update but LCI finally came through and shipped me out a replacement jack assembly at no charge. Took me less than 30 minutes to remove and replace the jack assembly thanks to the hydraulic system being self-purging.
