Battery charging and One Control monitor

Bought two new deep cycle batteries for my Forester. Batteries on One Control tablet monitor show charge after 3 days plugged in somewhere between 12.3 at 70% to 12.4 at 80%. Battery level charge never gets to 12.6 which is 100% charge. Is the One Control reading of voltage accurate?

I have gotten closer to 12.6 if I use an external 30 amp charger but don't understand why the Progressive charger never gets a higher charge after 3 days plugged in. Any thoughts or experience? Thanks.

Not knowing what kind of batteries you have, I can only suggest that you disconnect the batteries after charging, let them rest for at least two hours (overnight better) and test them with a volt meter or a hydrometer. Then you will have something to compare to your OneTouch.
