Bedroom slide

I have a sunseeker 3010ds 2017 the bedroom slide goes out uneven the left side (while facing bed) goes out and maybe three seconds later right side then reverse happens on retraction. This happened when we first got the rig and the dealer said it was an adjustment. He performed the adjustment and it was fine for three years. Can anyone tell me how and where to make this adjustment or do I need to go to dealer. Dealer is three hours away thanks for help

You need to re-sync the two slide motors. It's very easy to do.

Put the slide out and keep the button depressed when fully extended for 3-5 seconds. It will make a clicking sound but that's okay. It's supposed to do that. Do the same thing when putting slide in.

If you do not allow the slide to go in and out fully (clicking) the motors get out of sync. There is no other "adjustment".

What Mach428 wrote is how to properly operate a schwintek in wall slide out.
This is how you re-synchronize the motors:

You may have to do this a few times.
