Big Foot and Interface cable

My coach batteries were dead when I went to turn on the big Foot to level the rv so I could get my fridge started a day early. So the up and down light was flashing and according to my big Foot manual it says that I have to unplug/replug in he interface cable to get rid of the error code. My question is where IS the interface cable and how do I get to it. The manual doesn't actually say.

Assuming you have the FR installed version, all you have to do is remove the face plate screws and disconnect the plug. Wait 10 seconds or so and then reconnect it. Should be fine then.
Make sure your batteries are fully charged before doing this though.

Would anyone be ever so kind and send a photo of what is being described? We can't get our Big Foot panel to do a thing and I'm thinking I need to do alllll that above. My hubby & I just arent comfortable pulling out any panel let alone cables behind panels. [emoji23] any photos for us dummies would be so super great.
