Big foot leveler problems

X2 on Bigfoot service and would never buy another RV without levelers.

We took a Coachmen Class C without levelers to Alaska 2 years ago and the alluvial soil that we found on that trip often made it all but impossible to level the MH. We had the old standby 2 X 8's, plastic leveling blocks, and the Anderson levelers. All would do nothing but slide in the powdery soil in several of the campgrounds we stayed in. I worked for over an hour at one campground where our site sloped downward and finally gave up. It was a very frustrating experience, especially when our traveling buddies with their Winnebago Class C would simply drop their hydraulic jacks with no problems.

I had occasion on our last long trip to stop by the Big Foot factory and purchased the larger pads (100 sq in) at a very good price and they installed them without charge. I spoke with 5 or 6 employees and everyone there seems genuinely happy to help you. I also know from prior experience that 24/7 you can reach a tech that will work you through any problem.
