We have a 2017 Forester 3011DS. Levelers working okay but every time we stop the motorhome, say to get gas, husband takes the key out of the ignition. When he starts the engine again, the panel lights up. I have to climb out of my seat to turn it off! Getting to be a royal pain. Any suggestions to have it stay off until we press the button to turn it on?
That is normal operation. The system wakes up when you turn the ignition on to check that all jacks are in the up position. Don't bother turning it off, it will go back to sleep after a few minutes.
