not strange

On auto level mine also lifts the front tires as it is normal for the rear to be higher than the front, then add the lift from the air bags on the back. I now just lower the rear to stablize the axle and the front does not need to lift as far.

When on a concrete pad check with a level. More than likely your rear end will be higher. I use ramps -carry 4 because I rarely camp on a pad-to get rig somewhat level and avoid putting any wheels up in the air then level with Big Foot. I have started with BIG foot occasionly, saw which wheels are hanging and retracted move the MH wheels that were up onto ramps and ran Big Foot again. If you check your owners manual you can also reprogram your Big Foot for level

I have the 3050s. Its new and I had to reprogram it for true level. I think the factory doesn't really care about level ss long as its close enough. Reprograming Bigfoot was a breeze as long as you follow the manual.

You should check to make sure your Bigfoot is calibrated for level. Yes rear sits higher when on tires. I put blocks under front tires to get closer to level before using Bigfoot Jack's

Is yours one of the few that got the Platinum model (green face plate). I had the platinum and it always raised the front wheels of the ground. With the 4 point auto level it hasn't raised them off the ground yet.

The front does sit lower than the rear so on a level spot, they may lift off the ground. My favorite spots are where they slope up every so slightly toward the front and then the jacks don't lift the front off the ground. I have come to terms with the front lift though and don't worry about it. They lift cars in the air with all tires hanging when they service them so I am not going to worry about the front coming off the ground. I don't let the rear come off though.

I recently picked up a Level Mate Pro. You can check Amazon for them. It hooks to your phone over Bluetooth. With that, I manually level with my Bigfoot instead of using auto level. Works greats.

Yes the LevelMatePro is a great tool. I installed one last month. There are some good YouTube videos that show just how accurate and easy it is.
