VWexpert, we are all waiting with bated breath to see how these mods come out!
Unfortunately, my alignment wasn't to the forum's posted specs, no big increase in caster. But they did install the Ingles adjustable cams.

Total Loss, are you installing the Roadmaster Reflex yourself? Not much more than changing the stabilizer and brackets. Proper adjusting can take time I hear. Wish yours was a Ford so we can get a closer review of the handling.

You guys didn't read my post correctly. The first part was for you VWexpert and the second was for Total Loss who lives just over the hill from me, has the Chevy chassis and is installing the Roadmaster Reflex. I even made your names in bold larger font.
I'm not having another senior moment am I?

I was hoping sdgScott would be chiming in with suspension updates. He lives just over the hill from me probably close to Total Loss.

Yes I am installing myself. Simple install. You just need to find center steering.
Mine bolts (clamps) to the crossmember on the driver side and the center (drag) link on the passenger side. If it pulls when driving, just loosen the drag link clamp and adjust either way to stop the pull.
Pretty simple.

I am waiting for my Bilsteins to come in before I install them all.
May start this weekend.

Hi Sage,

I'm still here. Haven't had time to do anything with the shocks or stabilizer, I still have a real job, and have been busy.

My MH handles pretty well after the alignment. My castor is in the 2.5 range.

I am considering KYB, Bilstein and Road King.

I'm am happy to hear VWExpert is happy with the Bilsteins.

Scott

I just checked on the Bilstein shocks and AJusa has the lowest price. They, like everyone else have the comfort and HD fronts and no one seems to have the HD rears. They are all back ordered til???

Not to hijack your thread but should I be getting a front end alignment on my new rig? I read somewhere you should load all your gear first so the weight is how you typically have it. I'm assuming any Ford dealer can do this?

Are most of you using the Bilstein "comfort" for the fronts 33-187563 even over 28 feet in length?
I'm 28' 1".

I believe all the Fords need an alignment after 3000 miles. They also need an aftermarket kit to get the caster into specs.
