Black water tank.

My black water tank registered full so I emptied it and it still says 2/3 full. I think something might be stuck or the gauge is not right. Any suggestion on a product to clear it if there is something blocking it?

There’s so many posts complaining about the level indicators not working properly it’s not worth counting.

If you lookup in the right hand corner of the forum page, you’ll see where you can do a search on this topic.

Good luck.

The gauges likely will never read correctly not long after the tanks are used. Dont be too concerned, after little experience you wont need to check the gauges. You will have a handle on how long it usually takes to fill waste or empty fresh water.

X2. Your grey tank will most likely fill FAR sooner than your black tank.

I've been putting Dawn dishwashing liquid in my tank periodically. Can't prove that it works, but I'm happy to say my tank is reading E as it sits this winter.

Many of us use the Geo Method.

Although water softener seems to be getting harder to find.

(And make sure you get Water softener, NOT Fabric softener. Fabric softener is a whole different thing.)
