Can see light around slide outs

When my slideouts are full retracted I can still see some light coming in at the corners. I'm concerned because I figure if light can come in, water can come in. I haven't had any issues (that I'm aware of) with water coming in. When the slides are fully in, is that supposed to be a complete seal? My motorhome has 3 slides, and they are all like that.

One of my early projects was to run the slide out, then inspect & correct all the seals. There was several spots that water could have flowed in, but with some simple mods and sealant here and there, all has been corrected.

If you can see light with a fully retracted slide, you should examine the areas & make corrections if possible. Else, run it back to your dealer & demand it be fixed.
