Ceiling crack

Hi all, my parents just bought a 2501 a few months ago. So far they love it. However on a recent trip they found a crack starting to form in the headliner panel. It starts from one of the ceiling lights.

Any ideas or thoughts on what caused this or how to fix it? The dealer doesn't know what to do with it, so I advised my parents to contact FR.

I hope I wasn't the only one that first read that as "selling crack".

If you can post a picture that would probably help everyone give you decent advice, worth a thousand words and all...

No, not selling crack!

I just added the photos, thank you, that's a great point.

Still under warranty ? The "No Brainer" solution for FR would be to "Replace the Panel."

FR is having us contact a company to repair it. Hopefully it will look nice and won't tear anymore.

We had a small tear in the vinyl over the left door and FR had a repair man fix it. It looks great. You can't even tell anything was wrong.
