City water fill problem

I have a 2012 2251SLE class C. There is a gravity fill and a "City Water" fill connection on the side of the RV. I can fill my fresh water tank with the gravity fill, but the pressure fill didn't work - is there a valve somewhere to turn so that the pressure fill will work? I would like to use the water pump as little as possible. Thanks!

The "City Water" connection does not fill the tank, it just pressurizes the water lines and the pump will not let the water enter the tank. When you are hooked up to "City Water" just turn the pump off and it will not run as you use the city water.

It's also possible you still have some air in the lines. Open each faucet and give it time to push all the air out.
