difference in Sunseeker 2300 and the Sunseeker 2350 LE

I was at a dealer and saw a Sunseeker 2350LE I have a Sunseeker 2300 what is the difference I can't find anything on the Forest River web site just curious

In 2015 when we bought our 2300/Chevy chassis, the Ford chassis version was built on an E350 chassis and the Chevy version was on an Express 4500 chassis. This gave the Chevy nearly 2000 pounds more GVWR than the Ford. That's why we bought the Chevy version.

Looking at the FR website, I see that the 2350LE seems to have replaced the 2300. The floor plan appears unchanged, but GVWR has swapped, with the Ford version now having the higher rating. I have to assume that they are using an Chevy Express 3500 and Ford E450 now.

I'm just going by what I see on the website. Maybe someone else has more info on this.

we have the Chevy Express 4500 6.0 Vortex so i guess we are good?

If you like it, you're good. You can't beat the carrying capacity and reliability should be pretty good. We did have to have our torque converter replaced at 5000 miles, but sometimes things happen. The Chevy dealer replaced it under warranty and we were on our way. We are at 26,000 miles now with no more problems.

yep we had to have the torque converter replaced too but at 2300 miles had to be towed!! And our engine check light computer went out and had to have anew one all under warranty and had many apologies from the Chevy dealer we now have a little over 10,000 miles we travel but when we go we stay put for weeks..I love the leg room in the front and the floor never gets hot like the fords report..so far so good so we are happy.. thanks for your info on the difference I could not see any except I sure do like my interior better..we added a pantry and changed the door window to the slim shade tinted clear window

Nice job on the pantry - good use of space. I have done a few things like that. I have added a road atlas holder in that space. Also, a pull-out drawer and a shelf in the bottom of the wardrobe that holds our laptops and computer and phone charging cords etc. I built some shelves in the basement storage as well. I think the basement is one of the best features of the 2300; so much room in a small RV.

we have a small dorm refrig in our big side compartment I am working with Forest River right now trying to get new closet doors our closet has 2 fake drawer fronts which makes using the floor of the closet almost impossible! I have request they make me some that will be longer so I can use the entire closet waiting on an answer now..we added a swivel seat to the passenger seat and I had a friend make me a 1/2 moon cutting board to fit on the sink to give little more counter space we do not have a dinette so counter space is non existence in mine unless I flip up the counter extension which then blocks the door but overall I love the 2300 great motorhome all we need 2 people 2 dogs
what do your shelves look like that sounds like a great idea

We do what we have to to make things work. I want to add a swivel to the passenger seat too.

The drawer and shelf are mostly empty in this picture. Usually, the drawer is full of stuff and the laptops are on the shelf when we're driving.

how long are your doors they look like the length I need I need 51 inches

Thanks, we live in Massachusetts. We do occasionally find ourselves in your neck of the woods. I don't know the length of our doors. I can measure them tomorrow. I have never seen blank drawers like you have. Is there a reason for them being that way?

My doors are 44 inches, probably similar to yours.
