The warranty requires the "Preventive Maintenance" to be performed at a Dometic Authorized Service Center/Dealer at owners expense, "starting at the anniversary of his date of purchase." It's a two year warranty. So you'd only really do this once, because by the time you got to the second anniversary, the warranty would be expired.
I've never bothered. As Splitshaft says, I don't get wrapped around the axle on warranties.
