I would think most people would prefer frosted over clear, and even tinted. Can't think of a good reason to change it only having to cover it back up again for privacy. I think I would prefer plexiglass in the screen door if I wanted to see outside. Am I missing something?
Boso - I believe the issue is being able to see traffic from the driver seat when at a right side acute angle intersection. Possible to look out the door window if it is clear.

Life is a cruel teacher. She gives the test first; the lesson then follows.
I replaced the flimsy plastic frame and window on my door with one made by Atwood. The window is tinted glass, half of it can be raised for increased ventilation. It has a screen also. The frame is sturdy aluminum and can be ordered in black or white. $150 direct from Atwood.
We did make Lexon inserts for our screen door which is great however when the outside door is closed we would love to see out We have a Sunseeker 2300 and the only window other than the small kitchen window is in the outside door Never thought about it helping the driver but JLeising is correct that would be a HUGE help also! I am going to check into the Atwood window thanks for the info! This is a great group!
