Drivability question from new owner 2860

This has been discussed s lot on this forum. First thing is to get it aligned to the attached specification. Find a shop that aligns big trucks. It will require the replacement of the caster bushings.

As for any warranty reimbursement, I sent my bill to the dealer and FR sent a check a little while later.

Go with the 5.25 and 5.50 and you will be fine

what year? We just traded our class C in on a class A. We put 14,000. miles on the class C last year. This was our 3rd one. They should not pull to the right or left. Have the front end aligned with the coach normally loaded. I do this on every coach I buy new or used. Not very expensive and makes for a much more enjoyable ride. The air bags on your coach are more for leveling it if you have loaded it heavy on one side, I ran 50 to 60 LBs in mine. If yours in 2016 or newer you will have the new 6 speed. should be very nice in the mountains. What are you towing with it?

We traded our class A for a class C. Bought a 2016 Coachman Freelander 31 BH It drove bad took it to a alignment shop the right spring was out of the center pin The dealer payed for this and a alignment. Still drove bad not like our class A. Forms said to move casters to + 5 degrees or more had this done today drives so much better i can`t believe the difference.

Kayleysmom you may not need an alignment. It's not something all units need. . If it does I would recommend you notify your dealer and allow. Them to correct it and contact FR. . Your dealer should always be your point of contact unless they refuse to assist.

We have a 2860, set airbags at 60lbs and front tires at 70 and rears at 80 made a big difference. Will upgrade sway bars if needed
