If you need and extra outlet for a heater you could jump off the breaker for the AC. You will not be using both at the same time.

If you tie into the A/C breaker be sure to use a 20 amp receptacle and 12 awg wire. The other circuits and receptacles are probably all 15 amps except microwave which has a dedicated circuit.
